aküma

aküma is a singer-songwriter/producer from Singapore inspired by Joji, Rex Orange County, lewloh, and Charlie Lim. His songwriting journey began at the tender age of 5, demonstrating an early passion for music. He was only 17 when he became part of the VOICES Music Mentorship Programme where he was mentored by renown local singer-songwriter Jean Seizure.

In 2021, he released his debut EP ‘RED’, featuring ‘missingyouhours.exe’, and has since continued to produce music like ‘WASTE OF TIME’, a collaboration with Jovan Lee. ‘amber’, his latest EP features five romantic tunes sure to move your heart. He is committed to creating music that inspires and resonates with his audience.
